Lawrie Harper-Simmonds

Lawrie is a researcher at eftec, and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from St. John's College, University of Cambridge. His final year dissertation assessed the impacts of deforestation on economic development in the Brazilian Amazon.

Since joining eftec in November 2010, he has provided support in evaluating the effects of air pollution on ecosystem services. He is also managing the organisation of the applied environmental economics conference, envecon, of the UK Network for Environmental Economics this year.
