Valuing the benefits of regeneration
The objective of this study was to value the financial, social, and environmental impacts of urban and rural regeneration. eftec’s role was to value the environmental impacts of regeneration. This was carried out through a review of existing evidence, followed up by a pilot stated preference survey designed to fill the gaps in the evidence. The results provide a framework for future regeneration valuation studies and will feed into future regeneration policy by the CLG.
