Innes joined eftec as a Researcher in August 2020 following the completion of his Masters degree.  His MSc dissertation focused on the transition of the Polish economy towards carbon neutrality, analysing the challenges this would present the coal industry and wider EU policy makers.

Innes holds a BA in International Business with Economics from Glasgow Caledonian University and an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
