The very high-end pre-launch estate Godrej MSR City Shettigere is in Shettigere, Devanahalli, North Bangalore (along NH-44). It was announced in April 2025 and people should be able to move in by March 2030. It covers 62 acres and will have about 4,000 Vaastu-compliant flats in 2 and 3 BHK plans.
