Purva Northern Lights' building status has progressed beyond the planning stage. All government authorisations are now in place. RERA registration for all three stages was granted on March 12, 2026, with KIADB plan clearance received on March 7, 2026. The project was formally launched on March 15, 2026. Early site work is already apparent on the ground, with the model apartment being built and the site office running.
