Graham joined eftec in April 2024, bringing expertise in chemicals regulation and policy. He has significant experience advising both public and private sector clients on the implications of regulatory change, with a strong focus on impact assessments and policy analysis.
Before joining eftec, Graham was a Senior Chemicals Policy Consultant at Ricardo Energy & Environment, prior to which he was a consultant at Risk & Policy Analysts (RPA). He has led and contributed to a range of high-profile projects, including impact assessments relating to proposed changes under the REACH and CLP Regulations, stemming from the EU’s Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability (CSS). His work at eftec has included managing a project evaluating the impacts of a harmonised classification, conducting a multi-criteria analysis (MCA) of potential PFAS policy options, and supporting an industry-led Risk Management Options Analysis (RMOA). Graham also has extensive experience conducting analysis of alternatives, RMOAs, and complex multi-criteria analyses across a range of chemical policy topics.
Graham holds a Master’s degree in Environment & Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography. He also has proficiency in a range of programming languages used for data management and analysis, including PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
