Lauren joined eftec as an intern in June 2026, supporting all teams. She has recently completed her second year studying BSc Economics & Mathematics at the University of Bristol.
At university, she has worked on projects including evaluating the impact of the introduction of carbon taxes. Next year she will specialise by studying units including Environmental Economics and Economic Communication. In addition, she is part of the university’s Sustainable Finance Society and has completed an additional “Innovation & Enterprise” course run by the university.
Alongside her studies, she has gained practical experience through a week working at Ports of Jersey, where she contributed to financial forecasting and analysis, and insight events with both EY and Hardisty Jones.
