Rebecca joined the eftec team as Researcher in January 2026. She is supporting the team on various projects, including economic valuation of water environment improvements in England and Wales and socio-economic analyses to support UK chemicals regulation.
She also gained practical experience during an internship at Siemens Healthcare, where she carried out water risk assessments, and by serving as a project assistant at the University of Cambridge, contributing to the integration of climate and sustainability education into the undergraduate curriculum.
Rebecca holds a First Class BSc in Economics (with honours) from the University of St Andrews and a MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Rebecca is native in German, fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
