Siegi Arndt joined the core team in August 2012 and serves as Chief Operating Officer at eftec. In her role, she ensures the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently, overseeing financial, compliance, HR, and contract management. At the heart of eftec’s operations is its ISO9001:2015 certification, which it has held since 2008.  Siegi works closely with the team to embed the quality management system into all areas of the business.

Before joining eftec, she spent several years in the commercial property sector, gaining hands-on experience in compliance, contracts, finance, and project management.

Siegi holds a BA in English from Rhodes University in South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Birkbeck University.
