Zivile joined eftec in 2022. As Operations Manager, she oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supports the effective delivery of business operations, providing operational and administrative support to the wider team and company executives.

She studied Business Management and Administration at Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania and is currently completing a multidisciplinary Open Degree with The Open University, with a focus on health sciences. With over 13 years’ experience in office management, operations, and compliance, Zivile brings a practical, well-organised approach to keeping the business running efficiently.
